Hello everyone. I have decided that I am not very good at this whole blogging thing. :) So much has gone on since the last time I posted anything, but the most recent excitement was getting the baby's room put together. Here are some pictures.

Brandon's mom made the bedding and did an awesome job. We love it!!!! The dresser used to be mine. It was white (like 3 layers of paint) and had gold handles. Brandon stripped it and stained it and even painted the handles. I can't believe how great it looks.

In other news, we are pretty sure we will be naming this boy Nolan Levi. We've liked the name Nolan since the first time we were expecting, and Levi is Brandon's middle name. I say "pretty sure" because you never really know what can happen between now and the delivery:)

Since my last post, we celebrated Brandon's 26th birthday. His actual birthday fell on Mother's day, so after church, Aubrey and I made his favorite, LEMON CAKE! It was raining that day, so Brandon spent his birthday painting the baby's room. The next weekend I planned for Brandon, his brother Justin, Scott his dad, and my dad to go golfing. They had great weather and seemed to have a good time, although I did catch wind that no one played well. :( After golfing, the rest of the family (including my aunt Suz from Florida) was here and we had a cookout and just a nice relaxing time together.

One last event we really enjoyed was another trip to the zoo. This time we took my mom and dad and the girls were THRILLED. We got to see the new Koala bears and we also ventured over to the Butterfly Gardens and the Gardens. They were awesome. If you've never been, I highly recommend it. The girls thought it was so cool.

We are very much looking forward to Brandon being done with school. Today is is last day with his students. He goes tomorrow and Friday to pack as they are moving to a new building next year. He will be dividing his time between Lenscrafters and a mowing business summer. His hours will be quite a bit less than when he's in school, that for which we are both thankful.

We've been so focused right now on just enjoying these last few weeks with just our 2 girls. We enjoy watching them play in the sandbox, laying in the hammock together, taking walks, and most recently taking bike rides. Brandon got a bike for his birthday and we purchased a bike trailor for the girls. I can't even tell you how much they love this. They just giggle! Saturday he rode them to the park (about 15 minutes by bike), played at the park for a while and then rode back. They all had a great time, but I think that daddy was more tired than the girls:)

Well, that's about all for now. I will try not to let too much time pass before my next entry.
