Sweet time with Adie

We take it when we can get it!

Baby Nolan

He was 8 lbs and 7 oz at his 1 month appointment. He's growing! He's also growing stronger and is more alert, which I like.

My sweet Aubrey Lynne

Aubrey is such a great big sister. She's very gentle and soft with Nolan. She wants to hold him all the time! I am so lucky to have her around as a helper!

Adie's funny faces

Tell me this girl isn't naughty!

Moyer the Destroyer

For those of you (Scott and Susan!) who think that Adelynne is a sweet and mild little thing, Brandon has documented for you...THAT SHE ISN'T! She's into everything, usually leaving a path of destruction behind her. Brandon decided to take a picture of her each time we find her in her favorite spot (on the changing table). Note the 2 tubes of diaper cream in her hands. She's a stinker!

Madame Blueberry :)

Mommy and Aubrey had a date monday morning. We were back in Lafayette to visit Kossuth (on Sunday) and for a doctor's appointment (Monday afternoon). So, I decided to take Aubrey to the Prelock Blueberry Farm. Mommy did a lot of picking and Aubrey did a lot of eating:) We picked about 3 1/2 pounds and froze them. Aubrey had a great time, and it made mommy want a blueberry farm.

Attempting Video

We decided to take advantage of the windy day and fly the Dora kite. Not shown here...Daddy tripped over Aubrey and let go of the kite. It flew quite well without anyone holding on to it. Fortunately, a tree caught the handle, which with a little climbing we were able to retrieve. When it finally came down over the busy playground, it did not dive-bomb any children. Until we were able to get it back in the air, Aubrey was pretty ticked at Daddy for letting go of the kite.

Nothing major new to report here. Everyone is doing well. The girls are loving every minute of playing outdoors everyday. Nolan continues to be a great baby. Brandon and I both are getting some sleep! Yippee! We are all very thankful for Brandon's light work schedule this summer, and I am especially thankful because it eases me into life eith 3 kids:) Our church has been wonderful in bringing us meals for the last 2 weeks. I will miss it when they are done. Anyway, I am rambling. We're doing well. Megan
